We began as a backup offer on a property and became primary when the initial buyers decided to withdraw their offer. Minnie immediately started to schedule all of our inspections, and thanks to her, we were able to get them all done in 1 week and to close at the end of the following week. I don't know how she managed that, but we were in the best of hands with Minie as our agent! We trust her completely and anyone she works with will find that they can do the same!
